1. Website use and booking
Users must not interfere with systems, impersonate others, make fake bookings or use unauthorized payments. Before ordering, guests can review and correct the room, dates, party size, price, tax/fees and payment method. A booking is effective only under the confirmation policy.
2. Errors and suspicious bookings
For an obvious technical price/availability error, Mindana offers confirmation on correct terms or cancellation with 100% refund. Suspicious or fraudulent bookings may be paused on evidence and notice. Third-party services have their own terms, without removing Mindana’s responsibility for services it provides.
3. Updates and language
The version shown and accepted when booking applies to that reservation. Later changes do not reduce confirmed rights unless required by law or agreed. The Vietnamese version prevails over translations without limiting statutory consumer rights.
