Privacy and personal data policy
Data categories, purposes, recipients, retention, guest rights and cookies.
1. Data collected
Mindana may collect identity and contact data, passport/ID details, reservation and stay history, service requests, payment status/reference, door-code issue/use logs, IP address, browser and necessary security logs.
2. Purposes
Data is used to process reservations, provide accommodation and self check-in, handle payments/refunds/invoices/reconciliation, register stays, prevent fraud, support guests and resolve complaints. Marketing is sent only with separate consent.
3. Sharing and retention
Where necessary, data may be shared with banks/VNPAY, TTLock, hosting/technical providers, the relevant Airbnb/OTA and competent authorities. Mindana does not sell personal data. Booking, contract, tax, accounting and stay-registration records are retained for applicable legal periods; marketing data is processed until consent is withdrawn.
4. Guest rights and security
Guests may request access, correction, restriction, consent withdrawal or deletion, except records Mindana must retain by law or for disputes. Email info@mindana.com.vn with subject “Personal data request”. Mindana uses access controls and appropriate technical/organizational safeguards.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies may maintain booking sessions, remember language, protect security and measure performance. Non-essential advertising/tracking cookies are enabled only with appropriate consent. Browser or website controls can be used to change preferences.
