Mindana Apartment policies and terms

These policies apply to reservations made directly on the Mindana website. Reservations created and paid through Airbnb or another OTA follow that platform’s terms.

Check-in, check-out and door-code policy

Arrival/departure time, identification, early/late arrangements and TTLock self check-in.

1. Times

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability. Any surcharge must be disclosed and accepted in advance.

2. Identification

Guests must provide a valid passport, Vietnamese ID or equivalent document for verification and legally required stay registration. The booker must accurately declare every occupant and respect confirmed capacity.

3. TTLock self check-in

After confirmation, payment and required guest information, Mindana may send the room, door PIN, validity window, self check-in instructions and Wi-Fi information. The PIN is booking-specific and must not be shared with undeclared persons.

First use of the valid PIN may automatically mark the reservation checked in and notify operations. Confirmed time changes may update PIN validity where supported. Report a suspected exposed or misused PIN immediately.
